One-on-One
A private yoga session is a customized practice designed specifically for you. Unlike group classes, where the teacher balances many students’ needs, a one-on-one session allows the yogi to focus entirely on your body, breath, and goals. This format is ideal for beginners seeking confidence, experienced practitioners refining technique, or anyone working with specific health or mobility concerns.
