Group Classes

Saturdays: 8:00 - 9:00AM

Beginner ​

  • ​Focus: Foundations, safety, and confidence.

  • Postures: Basic standing poses (Mountain, Warrior I & II), gentle seated stretches, simple balances.

  • Breathwork: Introduction to pranayama (breath awareness, belly breathing).

  • Pace: Slow, with detailed alignment cues and frequent pauses.

  • Props: Chairs, blocks, straps often used to support mobility.

  • Goal: Build body awareness, flexibility, and comfort with yoga terminology.

  • Example Class: Gentle Hatha or Chair Yoga—ideal for seniors, beginners, or those returning after injury.

Location: A Community Hall in the Lake Macquarie Area

Saturdays: 9:30 - 10:30AM

Intermediate 

Yoga Class for all Ages
  • Focus: Strength, stamina, and flow.

  • Postures: More complex standing sequences (Warrior III, Half Moon), deeper hip openers, arm balances like Crow.

  • Breathwork: Coordinating breath with movement (Vinyasa flow), exploring alternate nostril breathing.

  • Pace: Moderate to dynamic, with smooth transitions between poses.

  • Props: Used less frequently, more emphasis on self-support and balance.

  • Goal: Expand flexibility, build strength, and develop mindfulness in motion.

  • Example Class: Vinyasa Flow or Iyengar—students refine alignment while exploring creative sequences.

Warrior One

One-on-One

A private yoga session is a customized practice designed specifically for you. Unlike group classes, where the teacher balances many students’ needs, a one-on-one session allows the yogi to focus entirely on your body, breath, and goals. This format is ideal for beginners seeking confidence, experienced practitioners refining technique, or anyone working with specific health or mobility concerns.

  • Casual Drop-In: $18 per class (55 minutes duration) 

  • Class Packs: 

    • 5-class pass: $80

    • 10-class pass: $150

  • One-on-one: $60
    (Private Session at you location of choice within the Lake Macquarie Area Only, please call if outside the area)
